As you continue your practice as a CIMI®, remember your agreement with IAIM®, Inc. You are certified as a parent educator, not as a teacher of other instructors. Your certification allows you to give lectures, presentations, in-services and demonstrations to educate the general public. The CIMI® credential does not qualify you to train others to teach Infant Massage. Be clear about whom you are certified to teach (parents and caregivers with their babies). Colleagues who wish to become a CIMI® should be referred directly back to IAIM®, Inc.
