Mrs. Joiner has been with IAIM® as Certified Infant  Massage Instructor for over ten years.
She is the founder and consultant/ trainer of Pillar of Truth Ministry ( A family life education and networking service) in Cincinnati,Ohio. She had worked for Cinti Public School;, Early Childhood/Family life education department for sixteen years. She has served as a foster parent for over ten years.

Mrs. Joiner along with her husband has provided shelter for Teen Moms and their babies along with implementing the art of infant massage. They are also raising three wonderful boys.

Her education; career training and practices vary  from Certified Montessori an, Early Childhood Ed; Crisis Intervention and facilitator of the Nurturing parent and the Multi Ethic Strengthening Families violent prevention programs. Mrs. Joiner mission is empowering, families and communities through education and support.
